First I think that mentoring mentioned by Toshio requires a structured 
knowledge about projects fedora in the past.

Second need some experience in the implementation of environmental 
objectives for the open source Google.

3rd assessment alone is not enough.

My attention, it is also a need for some kind of consultancy services. 
In my case it is not, for example, python, but C / C + + - are still 
opportunities to write additional modules etc.
