FBR: To update pungi on branched-composer.phx2.fedoraproject.org and rawhide-composer.phx2.fedoraproject.org to pungi-4.1.22-7.fc27

We were having issues with modular rpms ending up in Everything repo and also missing Container variant, which should be fixed by pungi-4.1.22-7.fc27 update.
