New fedmsg certs

Today I was notified that #fedora-fedmsg say:
  [09:43] <fedmsg-bot> copr.build.end (invalid signature!) -- ...

I had to re-run playbook because that it seem that fedmsg got new certs and revoked old.

I still see at least:

So at least those (and maybe others) need to redeploy fedmsg certs.

I just re-ran the fedocal playbook so that one should be good now.
