Are you by any chance using GNOME?
In that case, I'd strongly suggest rebooting after generating a new key:
the GNOME keyring daemon has cache invalidation issues.
However, looking at the logs, I'm not entirely sure that your SSH
configuration is correct: I'm not seeing any authentication attempts for
your user.
Can you try to "ssh $username(a)batcave01.phx2.fedoraproject.org -vvv" and
email the output?

Actually I was able to get through about 30 minutes ago, yay! No but I
tried via
MobaXterm in windows 10 and PAC Manager/Remmina in Fedora a few
days ago. I was probably doing the whole tunnel part incorrectly insofar
as the config in those applications. CLI however worked like a champ.
