all moved into github anyhow.

I've removed main mirror site and now I'm not able to use the same category hosts
url that I had used before in new site. Seems that old category hosts are still on
database.

For now I will move my mirror path, but I think this is a bug.

This was caused by a 'always_cc' setting that was cc'ing you on every
ticket. ;) 

I've changed that now... but you may need to remove cc from existing
tickets moving forward as they update.
