Fedora IoT development and build process

Hi, I'm confused where is Fedora IoT development is happening and what is current official image building process. Is it in https://pagure.io/fedora-iot/ostree/ but it has not been updated in 5 month, however https://kojipkgs.fedoraproject.org/compose/iot/ have almost daily builds, where are those sourced from? What is current official way to build the images: is it ostree compose, osbuild, coreos assembler, rmp-ostree-engine? Are there any associated official documentation, I seems not being able to find one? Thanks, -AB.
