Proposal to Modify: IoT Meeting Time

Hi all,

I would like to propose changing the start time of the IoT meeting by one
hour: from 1400UTC to 1500UTC. I have checked the calendar for the meeting
room (#fedora-meeting) and see that it is clear from 1500UTC-1600UTC, which
allows ample time for an IoT meeting. This idea was briefly talked about at
the IoT meeting today, and was generally accepted in theory, but I wanted
to get thoughts or feedback from those who were unable to attend.

tl;dr Change IoT meeting start time from 1400UTC to 1500UTC. No other
changes. Thoughts?
