High load average in an out of the box and updated RPI3B
Freshly installed Fedora IoT on a RPI3B and the load average is ~4 and rngd is using a lot
of CPU. I've disabled rngd but the load average is still ~4.

and it seems there is a known issue upstream. Can you please provide more info/links?
