Creating a user and password
At the time of writing, https://provision.fedoraproject.org is non-functional. Is there an
obvious way to create a user (or to set the root password) on a Raspberry Pi? I've
found files I could edit but not sure of the implications of doing so.
Does the dependency on infrastructure that may be absent during commissioning suggest that
the decision to not have a default user/password should be reconsidered?
