I agree with Kevin.

Chris, if you really want to solve this issue, talk to Bob
individually in a calm and focused manner, be prepared to accept some
of the blame for the level this has gotten to and you make find a
resolution and be able to move on. The amount of negative energy
you've put into this is a real waste and simply "noise" here.
