It should be fully compatible backwards.

Hello, openjfx is rebased to version 25.0.2 (LTS).
GTK2 support is removed and Java Classes are compiled with target
release 23.
Webkit is still disabled for the moment.
Regards,
Nicolas
As an outsider, I'd be interested to get some information about the
status of openjfx and versions in fedora. It appears that openjfx is
packaging the 17.X version at the moment. Is there any particular
reason for staying with 17? Should there really be different versions
(openjfx-21, openjfx-25, etc) to match the OpenJDK version?
Is there any interest in getting webkit building again?

libreoffice-TexMaths has started failing to build with:
DEBUG util.py:459: - file
/etc/java/java-25-openjdk/java-25-openjdk/lib/security/blocked.certs
conflicts between attempted installs of
java-25-openjdk-headless-1:25.0.0.0.36-2.fc44.x86_64 and
java-latest-openjdk-headless-1:25.0.0.0.36-2.rolling.fc44.x86_64
DEBUG util.py:459: - file /usr/lib/jvm/java-25-openjdk/bin/alt-java
conflicts between attempted installs of
java-25-openjdk-headless-1:25.0.0.0.36-2.fc44.x86_64 and
java-latest-openjdk-headless-1:25.0.0.0.36-2.rolling.fc44.x86_64
Looks like there has been some kind of change in the java packaging.
What do we need to do to support it? Or will java-latest get updated to
a new version shortly?
