I think we use it to load the AWT peers.
It would be reasonable to make a different method to do this, but I
think it isn't as simple as just changing the default here.
Ok, why don't we just set gnu.gcj.runtime.VMClassLoader.library_control
to "never" for eclipse (and perhaps others -- OO.o? tomcat5?), and file
a bug about finding a new mechanism for AWT peers.
