I fixed some things in java-gcjHEAD-compat:
- removed the file conflicts with java-gcj-compat, so
java-gcjHEAD-compat will install cleanly beside other java-gcj-compat
installations
- added "javac" to the installed tools, using Gary's bootstrap ecj jar
