Hi all,

I'm trying to do a bootstrap build of tycho from Fedora 30. This
quickly fails with tar:
/home/julius/rpmbuild/SOURCES/eclipse-bootstrap-photon.tar.xz: Cannot
open: No such file or directory
however as I just grabbed the regular source RPM from Fedora 30 which
does not include it.

Where can I find this file?
