I thought rpm has something like `Suggests' now, but this won't force a

Anyway, I think having the only reason for binary java packages be that
new users can't figure out how to install them is a pretty bad reason,
since you could always force the install somehow (without modifying rpm)
by inserting code into yum that matches *jpp* and checks for a native
package to install on top of it.
