I have contacted Fedora-legal and they told me that they will audit the issue when the
package hits to bugzilla.
I compiled itext today. It has some dependencies (bouncycastle) that need to be upgraded
in Fedora:

This may take a while, depending on its packager. There is also a new dependency that
itext depends on [1]. Hence we will need to wait a little longer for itext.

sub-package.
