[fedora-java] Java packages in the RHEL devtoolset

Hi,

Does anyone here happen to know what would be an appropriate place to 
discuss the Java packages which are in the RHEL devtoolset?

I tried to use Eclipse from the devtoolset-3 (1) on CentOS 7 for 
instance, but there are multiple bugs which make it unusable.
