Debugging native java libs loaded via lookup in classmap.db

Currently, it seems impossible to set breakpoints with gdb in native 
libraries loaded via the new classmap.db mechanism, aka the 'BC API'.

(I know that the library in question _is_ being loaded, because it appears 
in a stack trace in the debuggee!)

I have filed this problem as gdb PR 1907 (see
