Problem following install procedure

Hi all
I'm attempting to follow the install procedure but have hit a problem.
I'm at this point in the procedure:
cd /usr/lib/katello
./script/reset-oauth
service tomcat6 restart && service pulp-server restart
RAILS_ENV=production rake setup <------
chown katello:katello /var/lib/katello/*.sqlite3
When I run 'RAILS_ENV=production rake setup' I get:

[root@fedora15 katello]# RAILS_ENV=production rake setup
Could not find i18n-0.6.0 in any of the sources
Try running `bundle install`.
[root@fedora15 katello]#
---
Poking around I see
---
rubygem-i18n.noarch 0.5.0-1.fc15 @fedora
rubygem-i18n-doc.noarch 0.5.0-1.fc15 fedora
---
are installed/available, but nothing at version 0.6.0.
Any ideas what I'm doing wrong?
