Quick status update on el6 kde builds hosted @ kde-redhat repos...
* I moved the kde-4.10.x stuff from kde-unstable to kde-testing, finally.
* Over the past couple of says, started working on kde-4.11.x builds,
should be showing up in kde-unstable real soon, as soon as I work my way
through the last batch of stuff that doesn't build cleanly:
Sometimes I find that I get the message
"Retrieving Folder Contents Please wait"
on KMail which continues indefinitely,
until I go to the akonadi console,
right-click on the server holding my Maildir
and turn it offline and then online again.
This seems to force KMail to sync the different folders
and stop the message.
Is this a bug?
Or is there anything else I could do?

I'm on an F19 system running KDE and wanting to install kde-plasma-nm-l2tp. It requires kernel-debug and kernel-debug-modules-extra.
Why is that?
Getting tired of non-Fedora discussions and self-serving posts
After upgrading to kdepimlibs-4.11.3-3, Akonadi no longer fetches calendars or
contacts properly from an EGroupware/GroupDAV resource. Prior to the upgrade,
the Akonadi agent would fetch all resources to which I had access within
EGroupware including calendars of other users, and other group contacts, etc.
Now, it only fetches my personal calendar and my personal contacts.
I also use CalDav-sync on my Android which is not affected by this issue and
retrieves everything to which I have access.
Has anyone else seen this issue?

Running KDE on Fedora 20 on a new Acer TravelMate. I suspend by closing
the lid. I have to press the power button to wake it up, which it does
briefly before immediately suspending again. Waking it up a second time
sticks. Known issue? How do I debug?

I just installed Fedora 20ß.
>From the DVD, a version of sddm.conf was installed to my system.
After I logged in for the first time, another version of sddm.conf was
installed, and the old one was tagged with rpmsave.
I compared the two files:
The new one says to use /etc/Xll/xinit/Xsession
The rpmsaved one says to use /usr/share/apps/sddm/scripts/Xsession
Which is the correct file?
After the update to version 0.7.0-1 (Fedora 19) I have the following issues:
1. In Contact list right click a contact and choose Show info ... Nothing
2. In Contact list double click a contact:
a. The last contact in the Contact list doubles
b. The input text field in the newly opened Text UI window misses the focus. (I
have to click on the input field before I can enter texts)
c. Contact pictures are not shown in the Text UI window.
Any one else have experienced these issues?
