Yakuake starting with open window

For the past month or two (I don't recall exactly, but since before I
updated to F38), Yakuake starts up with an open window when I log in.
It didn't used to do that, and the "Open window after program start"
toggle is off.
Is this a known bug? It's not a big issue, just annoying.
