Initial window placement

What happened to the "Advanced" options on windows? I'm not seeing them at all in KDE 6 and so can't set up initial positions for windows. There is a setting for window placement under window management in system settings, but it only has fixed options, hugely unsuitable, imnvho. Screen not locking automatically

Running F40 (and Wayland), and my screen lock is not kicking in automatically, although it works fine when I start it manually. Anyone else seeing this? -- ======================================================================== If your user interface is intuitive in retrospect ... it isn't intuitive ========================================================================

Kf5 dependencies.

I come from Plasma archlinux which has no kf5 dependencies why are there some in fedora : dnf remove kf5* Removing dependent packages: plasma-breeze x86_64 6.2.2-1.fc42 rawhide plasma-desktop x86_64 6.2.2 -1.fc42 rawhide plasma-print-manager x86_64 6.2.2-1.fc42 rawhide plasma-workspace x86_64 6.2.2-1.fc42 rawhide plasma-workspace-wayland x86_64 6.2.2-1.fc42 rawhide plasma-workspace-x11 x86_64 6.2.2-1.fc42 rawhide sddm-breeze

F41 Krusader still targeting Plasma 5

The repo seems to say that Krusader has now been updated to Plasma 6, but even though the version in Fedora 41 says it's '2.8.1 "A New Day"', when I attempt to start root mode Krusader from the Krusader menu it fails, complaining Cannot start root mode Krusader, /usr/libexec/kf5/kdesu not found or not executable. Please verify that kde-cli-tools are installed. Indeed kdesu is not in that kf5 directory, but there is a kf6 folder that *does* contain it, it's just not being referenced :-(
