One change done here differently than prior ones is that these are built

Just something we noticed at work;

Error: Package: 7:kdenetwork-4.4.95-2.fc13.i686 (kde-unstable)
牋牋牋牋牋 Requires: libktorrent.so.2

Apparently libktorrent got a dependency of kdenetwork? Anyway it could be easily resolved by doing a yum install --enablerepo=updates-testing libktorrent for us.
