I want to second that.
The kde packages are in very good shape.  Except for a few exceptions,
everything "just built".  And except for a few, the packages I had to
edit was very easy to turn on the bootstrap and/or remove the qt4
stuff.
Thank you Rex, Martin, Jan  and the rest of the Fedora KDE team for
making such a good product.
