I'm seeing a similar issue with it not opening the KDE wallet with pam-kwallet. Filed https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1128463
Interestingly, I've seen pam-kwallet apparently not working right with kdm too recently (@work, so maybe NFS $HOME may have something to do with it for me).
Nevermind me, mine was a false alarm... my password had changed (but not my keyring password). I think. :)
