Just kpmcore.

The kf5-* prefix is only used for libraries which are part of KF5. This one 
is clearly not. (Its library also does not install as libKF5*.) If there 
were also a kdelibs4 version, then something like kpmcore-kf5 or kpmcore-qt5 
would make sense, but in this case, the only version is the KF5 version, so 
even that kind of suffix is unnecessary. So just call the package kpmcore.
