Fedora 42 KDE Plasma - installer only sees one of 2 drives

I have a laptop running Fedora 41, it has 2 internal SSD drives,

one has the root and boot partitions and the second is entirely a mount 
point at /data

However with Fedora 42 when I click on the installation destination it 
only sees one drive
