 so the info here (http://wiki.centos.org/AdditionalResources/Repositories) and on home page ( http://kde-redhat.sourceforge.net/ ) is outdated and incorrect?
ant other places you may know where i can look ( for rpms) ?
//really don't feel like building from the source...

In short, we don't have any kde4 for rhel builds.

There have been a brave soul or 2 that's done it in the past, but nothing
that was easily consumable by us to (re)build.
