Chromium browser unstable since last update

I think someone else mentioned this, though I can't find it.  Chromium browser 
had been very stable for me, but since I updated on Saturday it has become 
unstable, crashing without any obvious reason.  I lost hours of work 
yesterday.   Are any updates in the pipeline?

Ugh. Seems i'm lucky here: chromium-5.0.351.0-0.1.20100218svn39394.fc12

not a single crash.

Hmm - that's the version I have (i686)

google-chrome-unstable-5.0.342.5-41542.x86_64 works for me

Yes, i686 on my x86_64 box here as well.

I'm using google-chrome-beta-5.0.307.11-39572.x86_64 without any problems.

Google-chrome is not the same as Chromium. They have different version
numbers and different build environments.
