Hi
I am not sure when this happened, maybe as long ago as updating to Fedora 23. But now when I click one of the Constants buttons in KCalc, nothing happens. The button says it has the correct symbol, and seems to accept the correct definition, but it won't do anything when clicked. Is anyone else seeing this? I haven't filed a Bugzilla yet.

Confirmed. Assignment seems to work, but pushing the assigned button does nothing.
Seems like the bug has been around for some time: https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=353644
Last time I filed a bug to kcalc, the fix took almost a year. Good luck!

I don't have this problem on Fedora 22, using kcalc-15.04.0-1.fc22.x86_64

I was running kcalc-15.12.1-1.fc23.x86_64. I was able to downgrade to kcalc-15.04.2-2.fc23.x86_64, which looks pretty close to the F22 version, but it didn't change anything. If nobody else is having this problem, then I must have somewhere set some configuration option that disables them, but I haven't been able to find it. It is certainly not a critical issue, but it makes the buttons pretty useless.
