I don't have this problem on Fedora 22, using
kcalc-15.04.0-1.fc22.x86_64
I was running kcalc-15.12.1-1.fc23.x86_64. I was able to downgrade to
kcalc-15.04.2-2.fc23.x86_64, which looks pretty close to the F22 version, but
it didn't change anything. If nobody else is having this problem, then I must
have somewhere set some configuration option that disables them, but I haven't
been able to find it. It is certainly not a critical issue, but it makes the
buttons pretty useless.
