besides that you should quote what you refer to the link is not broken, 
your mailclient is - blame HyperKitty and/or Gmane, in Thunderbird the @ 
sign in the message your ferer to got not mangeled to ï¼

Since the link didn't work for some people, here's the contents of the 
message:

kde-sig has tentative plans to remove support for kde4 nepomuk (starting 
with f24).

What that means is soon kdelibs will be built without libnepomuk (and 
friends), and packages:
nepomuk-core
nepomuk-widgets
will be eol'd.

Packages affected by this include:

nepomuk(kdelibs)
--------
bangarang
contour
kimono
nepomuk-music-kio-slave
nepomukshell
plasma-mobile
pykde4
ruby-korundum
share-like-connect
smokekde
tellico

nepomuk-core:
-------------
kactivities(-nepomuk subpkg)
nepomuk-widgets
nepomuktvnamer

bindings packages (smokekde, kimono, ruby-korundum, pykde4) will simply be 
rebuilt without support for these old apis.

All remaining packages in this list will need similar adjustments (or be 
retired).
