howto restart kde bug reporting

I was just about to file a crash report.  Installed missing debuginfos.  
Somehow, I closed the dialog without sending the report.  How can I restart 
it?

Have you got a traffic-cone thingy on your panel?  If so, you can restart it 
from there.
