The simplest solution would be to use Kontact on Windows as well and
share
the same std.vcf file on both OS. As long as not two different programs
try to write the file at the same time, it should be no problem.
How would one run Kontact on Windows?
Also, how would it interface with Windows Outlook?
At a quick look, I was not able to see
where either Outlook or KMail keep their contacts.
KMail is pretty good at completing email addresses for me,
but I couldn't see where it keeps this data.
To be honest, I am not clear about the connection, if any,
between Kontact and KAddressBook and KMail.
Do they all share the same std.vcf's?
It does seem that VCF format is a sort of link between KDE and Windows,
but I don't see how to exploit it.
