Qt5-qtbase F28

Hi,

Currently testing F28 and qt5-qtbase is hit by the "columns" bug as it was in 
qt5-qtbase-5.9 on F27 which was fixed in 5.9.4. Discussed here

According to the QT bug report it is now fixed in 5.10 as well.

A side note, F28 beta is working very well for me.

FYI, f28 ships with Qt 5.10.1 (so maybe not fixed in 5.10 after all?)

If I'm reading the QT bug report right, it was only properly fixed in 5.10 at 
the end of March, the 5.9.x fix was February I think.

It's even marked as closed/fixed for qt-5.11

If they fixed it after the 5.10.1 release, then it is not fixed in 5.10, 
because 5.10.1 is, sadly, the last 5.10.x release.

The fix must be backported from 5.11 or forward-ported from 5.9.4.
