Thanks, I found them after a bit of searching.
Shouldn't the kde-redhat SRPMs technically be on the same server as
the RPMs to comply with the GPL? (I presume they're not to save space
on the mirrors)
It's ambiguous whether that's strictly required, (even though that's
what the FSF recommends)... but...

preview and make you wait for the updates to filter through fedora's
normal updates channels.
