Does 'dnf update' say the same thing?

I'm now getting a dialog stating:

The software is not from a trusted source...
prompting for a pw

I enter my pw, and I also have sudo.  But this dialog closes, and then
another dialog opens asking the same thing, ad infinitum.

I'd like to BR this, but I don't know what component to report the bug to.

It's just 1 package: vivaldi-beta
dnf doesn't show any update, must be using different metadata.
