Wow! I've never seen that before - I always use the button, which I
configured to forward Inline.
How did you configure it to forward inline? Mine defaults to "As Attachment". I
normally prefer to forward inline so I have to use the "button-menu" to select
inline each time, as I can't find any way to change that.
I'll see if I can get an answer for you.
