Hi All,
on F13 running KDE-4.5.2 I am not able to get the Microblogging plasmoid to show my Twitter timeline (or anything else from Twitter).
I started the plasmoid in the plasmoidviewer and get the following output on the console:
plasmoidviewer(5102): Hashing algo not supported, update your QCA
The plasmoid works fine on my Ubuntu system.
Any ideas?
Thanks, Rolf

On first glance, it would appear the microblog plasmoid lacks oauth support. I'll have to check to see if kubuntu is patching anything here (we aren't).

Nevermind, looks like support is there, see https://bugs.kde.org/250130
and I confirmed that it works for me using: kdeplasma-addons-4.5.2-1.fc13.x86_64
you may need to re-enter your auth credentials to get it to use the new oauth though (if you had it setup previously, prior to twitter's switch).

Hmm. No, sorry. there is no config file. I deleted the twitter related cookies and the kwallet entries, but still: No timeline.
Do you see the qca warning, too?
If remember correctly in Ubunutu my webbrowser opened and I needed to enable access for the plasmoid on the Twitter homepage...

Tried just now,
plasmoidviewer twitter
works for me too, no qca warning.
Just so we're on the same page, rpm -q qca2 kdeplasma-addons please
