koji builds not in updates-testing

there are a ton of builds from 2018-05-02 which are still not in
updates-testing and given the amount of builds and packages download
them manually is not really a solution

why does it take so long @fedora to get whatever builds out where in
case of important updates CentOS is always a lot faster (openssl and such)
