Falkon Default browser for Fedora KDE

Yeah, I suppose it's a distinction without a difference - but I could
imagine how people who don't follow these things could get confused with
the name change.

In any event, doesn't hurt to wait a bit for them to get the changes done
and to target this for F28 and then to handle konqueror at the same time.

I believe at this point it's not why this should happen, but rather why
not.  Falkon is a full featured browser, showcases qtwebengine, has many
extensions, etc.  It's just the logical thing to do.

A post in the  Fedora Magazine and a mention about it in the releases notes
can help with this, I have published a few posts in Fedora Magazine and can
make a post about the  plasma browser, the ideal should be to  make the
linking to updates un bodhi and also get karma for the update with the
rename of the project
