The main pb is that it need Qt 4.5 to build

Yes, I have already looked into packaging it up, but the Qt4.5 requires is a 
show stopper for the time being.

Although KDevelop4 is still a little buggy (I've had no crashes for a
week now) but
it still rules! :D
