kde-runtime upgrade path should be fixed now,

should get pushed to stable repos soon.

kde-workspace indeed has upgrade path problems, for now, looks like f20

But the fix for that upgrade path issue is also already queued for stable, 
just waiting for the opening of 0-day updates.
