There are new synce-* packages in updates for f11, that don't play well with kde-redhat, maybe some packages there need to be updated?

Doesn't appear to be anything kde-related, just that the Required synce-serial package is missing or unavailable, induced apparently by a synce-hal update, Obsoletes, but missing Provides?
I'd suggest giving feedback, with broken deps details in bodhi: https://admin.fedoraproject.org/updates/F11/FEDORA-2009-6646
