plasma-5.6.5 updates

Now that F24 release is imminent (and freeze to be lifted), updates can 
start flowing. First up: plasma-5.6.5

Is now available in kde-testing repos, and queue'd for updates-testing:

autokarma is disabled to be on the safe side.  I'll be largely unavailable 
next week, so other kde-sig members can decide when/if to push stable (if 
you don't want to wait on me).

Coming soon after:  KDE Frameworks 5.23.0, KDE Applications 16.04.2, Qt 
5.6.1

while Upgrading from F23 to F24, there was error for plasma-desktop-5.6.5-1

nothing provides libKF5WidgetsAddons.so.5() (64-bit)
