I just applied the most recent patches on F24 KDE, and everything seems groovy except for kwrite: in the main menu, View / Borders / Show Scrollbar Mini-Map is always on, even after I turn it off.
Anyone else seeing this?

I found it has to be turned off in Settings > Configure Editor to permantly turn it off
