After upgrading KDE to 4.5rc2 from kde-unstable, Ctrl-Alt-V shortcut for Klipper popup is not working.
"kcmshell4 keys" shows that the shorcut is already defined for Klipper.
Is it an known bug? Or it is just me?

I see this, too.

I've updated to qt-4.7.0-0.26.beta2.fc13.i686, still no luck :-(.
Should I file a bug in KDE's Bugzilla?

Looks like this is now fixed in both trunk and 4.5. (The commits referenced in the bug report are both for the trunk, but I checked the 4.5 branch and they were already backported.)

Great news! So it will be in 4.5 final, right?

Right.
I've updated to 4.5rc3 and Ctrl-Alt-V is working fine again. I'm amazed for the speed of the developers (on fixing it) and kde-redhat packagers (on distribute the fix). Thank you guys!
