After that was fixed I got this one:

# dnf upgrade --best
Last metadata expiration check: 0:02:10 ago on Thu Feb  9 12:31:49 2017.
Error: nothing provides audiocd-kio >= 16.12.1 needed by 
kscd-16.12.1-1.fc25.x86_64
(try to add '--allowerasing' to command line to replace conflicting packages)
