How to get KDE 4.5 on Fedora 13

Hello

What's the recommended way of installing KDE SC 4.5 on Fedora 13? Does 
KDE 4.5 require Qt 4.7?
Right now, I've enabled kde-testing and doing a yum groupupdate 
kde-desktop. But this doesn't seem to pull in Qt 4.7.
Do I need to enable kde-unstable as well?

It's currently in kde-redhat's kde-testing repo.

No.

Qt-4.7 is in kde-unstable
