redhat/spec: package full bpftool
JIRA: https://issues.redhat.com/browse/RHEL-91378
Upstream Status: RHEL-only
test_bpftool.sh selftests fails because selftests is packaged
with bootstrap bpftool. Replace bootstrap bpftool with
full bpftool in selftests package

redhat/kernel.spec: drop modules-extra-matched for noarch
We build also modules-extra-matched for noarch, which isn't necessary
and creates some confusion (for composes). So, drop it for noarch.

gitlab-ci: disable merge-rt-automotive
We currently don't need the scheduled job that merges ark with the
upstream RT development tree and creates the os-build-rt-devel and
os-build-automotive-devel branches.
This disables the scheduled job for now. We might remove it entirely
in the future.

Hey All,
I would like to invite all of you to participate in the Kernel 6.15
Test week is happening from 2025-06-08 to 2025-06-09. It's
fairly simple, head over to the wiki [0] and read in detail about the
test week and simply run the test case mentioned in[1] and enter your
results.
As usual, the Fedora QA team will hangout at #fedora-test-day(a)libera.chat
for questions and discussion.
